Open in AI
In the settings under Privacy you control which optional features may use your data and manage the data stored about you.
Consents at a glance
Section titled “Consents at a glance”Two optional features can be switched individually:
- Learning memory – stores learner profile and learning summaries across sessions.
- Persistent personalization – allows personalization across sessions; the core features remain available without it.
Below the switches you see which versions of the privacy notice and terms apply to your consent.
Memory and personalisation
Section titled “Memory and personalisation”The learning memory makes the tutor more familiar across sessions: it knows your learner profile and previous summaries. Persistent personalization makes the app adapt to you over several sessions. Both are voluntary.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Section titled “Changing or withdrawing consent”You can flip both switches at any time. A withdrawal applies immediately: with the learning memory, no new entries are created afterwards and existing content is cleared. The app’s core features remain available.
Exporting your data
Section titled “Exporting your data”Download data export gives you a file with your stored data. You delete individual chats and documents right in their chat or source area; dependent content is deleted server-side along with them.
Deleting your account
Section titled “Deleting your account”Delete account starts the account deletion. To be safe you confirm it with Permanently start account deletion; afterwards you are signed out. The deletion cannot be undone.
Sessions and devices
Section titled “Sessions and devices”In the settings you see all devices signed in to your account – with browser, operating system, IP address and last activity. The IP address identifies the network used, not your exact location. You can sign out single sessions or all others at once; your current device stays signed in.
