Calendar

Open in AI

The calendar brings your tasks and events together in one shared view. Tasks appear automatically on their due date; events you create directly in the calendar.

Depending on your screen size you can choose between Month, Week, Agenda and Day. The agenda lists the week’s entries one below the other; in the time views you also see the times.

Today takes you to the current date, and the arrows next to it move you through the periods. The app remembers the view you used last.

Add entry opens a window with two tabs:

  • Task – folder, title, description, due date, priority, type and status. A task always stays assigned to a folder.
  • Event – title, description, folder or Global for an event without a folder, All-day or a period with Starts at and Ends at.

You can also click a day in the calendar directly: the new entry then gets the clicked date right away. The legend shows you which colour stands for a Task and which for an Event.

Drag an entry onto another day to move it. Tasks get a new due date this way, events are moved along with it.

For events you can drag the lower edge to extend or shorten the end; in the week view you can also move the time. Clicking an entry opens it for editing.

Next to the calendar you find the Without due date area. It collects all tasks that have no date yet. Drag a task from there onto a day to set its due date – or use Add task to create a new one straight away.

The area is shown as long as you are not filtering by Events or the Global context.

Use Show filters to narrow down the calendar:

  • Type – All, Tasks or Events.
  • Context – All folders, Global or a single folder.
  • Show completed tasks – reveals finished tasks.

A counter shows how many filters are active; Reset restores the initial state.

The header gives you an overview of how many scheduled tasks, events and tasks without a date there are. Entries show the time, the title and the folder they belong to – events without a folder appear as Global. Completed tasks stay hidden until you reveal them via the filter.
