Workflows

These flows connect the app’s features into a working routine. Every step works with the mouse – the command palette makes it even faster.

From material to flashcards

1. Put your material into the folder’s explorer – PDF, document or image.
2. Start Create flashcards (for example via Ctrl + K) and choose the folder.
3. Pick AI-generated and select the sources or enter text.
4. The generation runs in the background; you see the progress and can keep working.
5. In the preview you check the cards and save them – or discard the generation.

Starting and finishing a focus block

1. Press Ctrl + K and choose Start focus.
2. Choose the duration: 5, 15, 30 minutes, free focus or a custom duration.
3. The focus clock keeps running visibly; you can pause, resume or end early.
4. At the end you decide whether to keep learning or close the block.

From PDF to annotated note

1. Open the file in the explorer.
2. Choose Open PDF Canvas – a PDF note is created with its own drawing layer per document page.
3. Work with pen, marker, text and eraser; set the page style and page format as needed.
4. Autosave keeps saving; via Export you additionally save the current page or the whole note as a file.

Tutor and note in the split screen

1. In the learning chat, open the note via Open a note.
2. Select a passage and choose Discuss selection with tutor.
3. The tutor answers in the chat and can suggest changes to the note directly.
4. Apply a suggestion with Apply or restore the previous state with Undo.

Planning tasks without leaving the view

1. Ctrl + K → create task: choose the folder, enter the title, confirm with Enter.
2. For the date: drag the task from Without due date onto the fitting day in the calendar.
3. Later you move it by drag & drop; it is ticked off directly in the task list.
